3. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and displayed at the time of purchase. Prices may change, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms and Privacy Policy. We accept major credit and debit cards.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All billing information is accurate and complete
  • You are authorized to use the provided payment method

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Services begin only after successful payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with order details and next steps.


4. Service Delivery Process

All services are delivered digitally. The standard workflow is as follows:

If delays occur, we will notify you promptly with an updated timeline.


5. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, available on our website.

All approved refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method.


6. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least the age of majority in your country of residence
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Grant timely access to required platforms, accounts, or credentials

Delays caused by missing information or access may affect delivery timelines.


7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and completion, the client retains ownership of project-specific deliverables.
