Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for digital products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your product key to request a return or replacement.
To be eligible, the digital key or license must be unused and not activated. Once a product key has been activated, it cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of digital goods.

Invalid or Defective Keys
If you receive a non-working, invalid, or duplicate key, please contact us immediately.
Our support team will verify the issue and, if confirmed, provide a replacement key or a full refund.
Non-Returnable Products
Because digital products are delivered electronically, used or activated keys cannot be returned or refunded.
We also do not accept returns for:

Products that have already been activated or linked to a Microsoft/other account

Discounted or promotional keys

Gift cards or prepaid codes
Exchanges
If your key does not work, we will verify it and issue a replacement.
You don’t need to make a new purchase — simply contact our support team for assistance.
Refunds
Once we verify your claim, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
