Refund Policy

Aurelia IT Services provides digital services, including website setup, optimization, and technical support.

We are committed to delivering high-quality results and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.


2. Refund Request Window

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date by contacting us via email.

Refund eligibility depends on the current stage of service delivery, as described below.


3. Refund Eligibility by Project Stage

Refund amounts are determined based on the progress of the project at the time of the request:

Stage of Delivery Refund Amount Description
Work has not started 100% refund The service has not yet begun.
Less than 30% completed 100% refund Only initial or preliminary work has been completed.
30% – 70% completed 50% refund Significant work has been performed; refund applies to the unfinished portion.
Over 70% completed No refund The project is near completion.
Work fully delivered and approved No refund The service has been completed and accepted by the client.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • The service has been fully delivered and accepted by the client
  • The project is more than 70% completed at the time of request
  • The refund request is submitted after 14 days from the purchase date
  • The client failed to provide required access or information, resulting in delays not attributable to Aurelia IT Services

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at aureliaitservices.info@gmail.com and include:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Order number or purchase date
  • A brief explanation of your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.


6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method (the same credit or debit card used for purchase).

Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.


7. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank.

We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination and may be contested with supporting documentation.


8. Consumer Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under the laws of Poland and the European Union, including the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days where applicable.
